We accept payments by card, bank transfer, and other payment methods listed when completing the order.

Cancellation or modification of an order is possible before it is sent. After the package is sent, no changes are possible. Contact us as soon as possible at our e-mail address.

NexxusBio products are offered exclusively on Research, analytical and laboratory purposes (Research Use Only – RUO). They are not offered as human or veterinary medicines, food, dietary supplements, or products intended for personal use or consumption.

The legal regime of a particular research material depends on its chemical nature, intended use, quantity, country of origin, and the current legislation. In our product range, we primarily take into account the following regulatory framework:

Act No. 139/1998 Coll. on narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and preparations:
This law regulates controlled narcotic and psychotropic substances and the conditions for their handling, including scientific and research use. When placing a product on the market, the status of a particular substance must be assessed according to the current effective wording of the law and its annexes.

Act No. 362/2011 Coll. on Medicines and Medical Devices:
NexxusBio products are not presented or offered as human or veterinary medicinal products and are not intended for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of diseases. If a specific product, according to its characteristics, intended use or presentation, meets the legal definition of a medicinal product or medical device, the relevant regulatory requirements would apply to it.

Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 – REACH and Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 – CLP:
For chemical substances and mixtures, according to the specific substance, quantity and manner of placing on the market, obligations under REACH and CLP may apply, including requirements for registration, classification, labeling and provision of safety information. Products intended for research use are assessed in accordance with the relevant provisions of these regulations.

NexxusBio strictly declares that its RUO materials are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption or application.

Legal requirements may change and may differ in different EU countries. The buyer is therefore responsible for verifying that the purchase, possession, import, use, or further distribution of a particular material complies with the laws in effect in their jurisdiction.

We deliver to the entire European Union and to selected countries around the world.

The estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days.
Slovakia: The shipments are usually delivered to 1 working day from dispatch. For orders processed and delivered to the carrier until 10:00 a.m. delivery is usually the next working day.
Czech Republic: Delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days.
Other countries: The delivery time depends on the destination country and may be longer.
The delivery times mentioned are approximate and may be extended during weekends, holidays or in case of delays on the part of the carrier.

The stability and durability of peptides depend on their form and storage temperature:

• Lyophilized powder (unopened vial): In this dry form, peptides exhibit high stability. At the standard refrigerator temperature (2 °C to 8 °C) is their shelf life up to 2 years without significant degradation of the amino acid chain. For extremely long-term research (over 2 years), storage at a temperature of -20 °C and less.

• Reconstituted solution (after mixing with liquid): Once the peptide is dissolved in a sterile solution (e.g., in bactericidal water or acetate buffer), its sensitivity to temperature increases. The dissolved peptide must be stored exclusively in the refrigerator (2 °C to 8 °C) and to maintain maximum sample stability, it is recommended that it be consumed during the laboratory cycle (usually within a few weeks).

Warning: Protect vials from direct light, UV radiation, and sudden shocks that could damage the delicate three-dimensional structure of peptide molecules.

The reconstitution of lyophilized samples is carried out according to standard laboratory procedures in a controlled environment and in accordance with safety regulations for working with chemical reagents. The exact protocol (type of solvent, volume, processing) depends on the specific analysis and is determined by a qualified laboratory worker based on the internal SOP of the given workplace.

Yes, in the cases and under the conditions set out by applicable legislation and our General Terms and Conditions.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract during distance selling within the statutory period if the specific product does not fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.

The conditions for returning the goods, any exceptions, the method of exercising the right of withdrawal and information about the costs of returning are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.

Due to the nature of some products, the possibility of returning after the original packaging or storage conditions has been breached may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
